Who do you sell to?
We do not sell to the public. Our customers include:

  • Restaurant equipment dealers
  • Refrigeration contractors
  • Multi-unit chain accounts

While we do not sell to end-users, we are one of the largest suppliers of equipment to multi-unit chains, retail and grocery accounts. We are proud of our long-term relationships with national c-store, grocery and retail chains. If you are a multi-unit chain operator, please contact us for a quote and to learn more about our multi-unit discount rates.

If I need a refrigeration unit, what are the chances that you have it in stock?
Standard refrigeration and ice machines = 90%

Other products that may require special orders can be delivered within 7–10 business days.

How much inventory do you stock?
We stock over 1,000 units of equipment and thousands of parts.
I am a multi-unit operator? Do you offer volume discounts?

How do I know what ice machine I need?
Simply contact a member of our Sales team and they will work with you to determine the best product for your needs. Some questions to answer are:

What is your application?
How much space do you have?
Do you currently have a unit and how many pounds does it make?

How will I receive my item?
You can pick up products or parts at any of our three warehouse locations:

  • Anaheim, CA
  • Hayward, CA
  • Phoenix, AZ

We can also arrange common carrier freight to ship anywhere in the Continental US.

Do you install equipment?
(for AZ) We do not offer equipment installation services, however we can refer you to an Elite installation and service provider.

(for CA) Yes. We offer professional installation services in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County area. Please contact our Service Department for a quote.

Do you repair equipment?
(for AZ) We do not offer equipment repair services, however, we can refer you to an Elite installation and service provider.

(for CA) Yes. We have a team of factory trained service mechanics serving the greater Los Angeles and Orange County area. Please contact our Service Department for more information.

Do you have someone on staff that can come to my facility and help me determine what equipment I need for my back-of-the-house?
Yes. We have qualified sales representatives with years of food service and equipment experience to assist you.
Do you deliver parts?
While we don’t offer a delivery service, we do ship parts orders daily via FedEx. The cut off time for a same day shipment is 3:30pm. You may also stop by Will Call to pick up your parts.
Do you charge for freight for warranty parts?
Yes, but this may differ per manufacturer. Some factories do not cover shipping for warranty parts when parts are returned. You will get credit for the parts but not for the freight.
Do you stock True compressors and condensing units?
We stock commonly used compressors and condensing units per the factory guidelines. If we don’t have it, then we can get it to you in a timely manner if it is in stock at the factory.
Do you offer over-the-counter warranty?
If the unit is not under warranty and you order a part, there is an over-the-counter warranty which vary among manufacturers.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm. The Parts Department is ready at 7:30am to assist walk-in customers.
Do you deliver parts on Saturdays?
Saturday FedEx delivery can be arranged but the freight cost does increase and would be covered by the customer.
